Shari'ah law isn't being implemented in widespread society anywhere. People might like to think it is, but is in reality marginalised restricted diluted selective fractions and definitely not in it's totality.

The actual law (i.e. man-made law) you refer to is supported and backed by non-Muslim countries in opposition to real Shari'ah law, under which there would be no alcohol or prostitution (unlike it's proliferation in non-Muslim western countries with man-made law).
